Look Better, Feel Better, and Live a Better Life!

The Fitness DynamicTM

The Fitness Protocols iPad App was designed under the premise that our fitness condition is the result of a number of decisions and behaviors. The dynamic process originates and ends in the mind. However, the mind and the body are tightly connected and interrelated, thus they cannot be separated per se.

A numbers of internal and external factors influence our decisions and the behavior and action that result. Understanding this dynamic is critical to your success. Therefore, we have developed a model to help you better understand how it works, and we refer to it as the Fitness Dynamic Model.

The model, shown in the figure above, describes the six key factors that influence what, when, where, and how much we eat and do. Our behavior leads to the level of nutritional, activity, and energy balance that results in how well we do, look and feel on a daily basis.

In the Fitness Protocols iPad App, we cover the subjects of workouts and exercise, fitness programs and fitness clubs, fitness equipment and fitness trainers. Following is a brief overview of these subjects if you are interested in learning more about them. For further details, you may link to the page we created for each using the highlighted text in each of the following paragraphs:

In the Exercise section, we cover subjects such as exercise, exercise equipment, exercise plans, and exercise program. It has been consistently demonstrated that exercise is a critical part of any fitness improvement effort. Nutrition and diets alone will not provide the necessary elements required for lasting fitness improvement.

In the Workout section, we cover subjects such as cardio workout, jogging, physical activity, physical exercise and workouts. Workouts are exercise or physical activity routines that typically involve a variety of exercise types and different fitness equipment such as treadmills, weights, etc.

In the Fitness Programs section, we cover subjects such as fitness articles, fitness books, fitness information, fitness plans, fitness programs, and fitness tips. There are many fitness programs out there. However, none is as complete and comprehensive as the one offered by the Fitness Protocols iPad App. Our Fitness Dynamic™ model takes a 360-degree view of fitness.

In the Fitness Clubs section, we cover subjects such as poor fitness risks and the role a fitness club or fitness clubs and fitness centers can play on reducing them. In the App, we cover fitness risk in order to help the App users build their commitment to improve their fitness and enjoy a better life ahead.

In the Fitness Equipment section, we cover subjects such as fitness equipment, fitness gear, and fitness tracking gadgets used to help people accomplish fitness improvement and fitness maintenance. Fitness equipment can be very useful to complement outdoor physical activity and exercise routines. Such equipment can be found in fitness clubs or fitness centers. Furthermore, you can also purchase a variety of such equipment for home use during bad weather times.

In the Fitness Trainer section, we cover subjects such as the role of a fitness instructor, a fitness coach, or a fitness trainer can play in a fitness workout or in fitness improvement efforts. These individuals typically operate independently or as part of fitness clubs or fitness centers.
